Hello and welcome to Straight-4ward, my name is Mike Jenkins and I started Straight-4ward after many years of being contacted by a growing number of people for IT support. Everyone who has come to me for IT support in the past has come to be by reference from others that I have helped to understand their computer systems.

Although Straight-4ward is currently being run as a sole trader business you will not suffer with poor service, throughout my IT career I have gained many valuable contacts which I have come to trust and work with on a regular basis, this includes Suppliers, IT Technicians, Software Developers and many other people, all of which are available to help build bespoke solutions to suit the needs of my customers.

I believe that IT should not be a kind of magic that just happens, and when you ask how you get a baffled with a load of technical answers that make no sense to anyone.  It should be something that you learn about in a simple and straight forward way.   I also believe that it is important for you my customers to have someone that you can contact without going through a call centre or having to put your trust in an un-qualified salesman at the local IT super warehouse.
